RaycoLog 4001
The RaycoLog 4001 is an EMI inspection system
for tubing and sucker rod, providing detection of transverse oriented flaws.
Optionally, a system can be added to detect localized wall loss
areas.
Center Section (Inspection Heads)

- 4 to 8 overlapping search coils for transverse flaw detection, depending
on the outside diameter of the product being inspected
- Magnetizing coil
- Contiguous encircling ring of Hall sensors for localized wall loss
detection (optional)
